Condition: The order must not have been processed or shipped yet.

Refunds: No fees apply for timely cancellations. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- International Orders
Timeframe: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order confirmation.
Reason: This stricter timeframe is due to the complex documentation required for customs and export processing.
Condition: You must provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. Approval is subject to the current shipment status.
Refunds: Full refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that any applicable international transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
